When you use the contact form we collect the name, company, e-mail address and message you enter. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation that follows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where your message concerns an offer or an order, the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records anonymous statistics about how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location by country, device type and how visitors arrive. We use this to understand which content is useful. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
Without your consent the site sets only cookies that are strictly necessary: the record of your own cookie choice, and a session cookie if you log in to manage the site. These do not identify you as a visitor and require no consent.
Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. They are placed by Google Analytics and expire within 13 months. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. The following providers process data on our behalf, under agreements that oblige them to protect it:
our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database;
Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, Stockholm region), which delivers the e-mail our forms generate;
Google Ireland Limited, for website statistics and web fonts, if you have accepted analytics cookies.
Google may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries and the correspondence that follows are kept for 24 months, unless they become part of a customer relationship, in which case we keep them for as long as that relationship lasts and for the period required by accounting law. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Server logs are kept for the short period set by our hosting provider.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, to ask us to restrict processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before.
Write to and we will answer within one month. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
We update this page whenever the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, and — only if you agree — Google Analytics to see how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time.
